Clear terms for training with Kynuvo.

Effective 14 September 2026. By creating an account or using Kynuvo, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and keep account details current. Your account is personal and must not be sold, transferred or shared to avoid subscription limits. Kynuvo may apply reasonable device and simultaneous-use controls.

2. Fitness and health disclaimer

Kynuvo provides general educational fitness information. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy service or substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Estimates concerning recovery, calories, body composition, posture and progress may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Consult an appropriate professional before beginning or changing exercise if you have a health condition, injury, are pregnant, take relevant medication or are unsure whether exercise is suitable. Use a safe environment and appropriate equipment. Stop immediately if you experience pain, chest discomfort, severe shortness of breath, faintness, dizziness or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate assistance.

3. Your responsibilities

• review exercise instructions and use suitable technique, resistance and space;
• do not rely on generated media where it conflicts with written safety cues or professional advice;
• do not use Kynuvo while driving or in an unsafe setting;
• obtain consent before uploading another person’s information or photograph; and
• comply with applicable laws and these terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Prices, billing periods, trials and included features are shown before purchase. App-store subscriptions are billed and cancelled through the applicable store account. Cancellation stops future renewal but ordinarily does not retrospectively refund the current period, except where required by law or applicable store rules. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Kynuvo, attempt unauthorized access, defeat device or subscription controls, scrape or bulk-download protected content, upload malicious material, interfere with other users, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use Kynuvo to provide unsafe or misleading health services.

6. Content and intellectual property

Kynuvo and its licensors retain rights in the app, brand, exercise library, images, videos, layouts and software. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your permitted access. You retain ownership of information and photographs you upload and grant Kynuvo only the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display and synchronize them for the service you request.

7. Connected services

Apple Health, Health Connect, authentication, maps, app stores and other connected services have separate terms and availability. Kynuvo is not responsible for a third-party service outside its reasonable control. You control whether optional integrations are connected.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change to improve safety, security or functionality. We will provide reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects a paid service, subject to urgent security, legal or technical needs.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, serious misuse or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to remedy it. You may stop using Kynuvo and request account deletion at any time.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kynuvo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, or to liability caused by fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable conduct. You remain responsible for exercise decisions and safe equipment use.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to courts with jurisdiction there, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Material changes will be notified in Kynuvo and renewed acceptance requested where appropriate. Questions can be raised through Kynuvo account support in Profile.
